No cure, no pay

You will only pay when Multiwonen Verhuur Makelaars successfully have found a dwelling for you. The mediation fee shall be one (1) month rent (excl. VAT). Next to the payment of the rent a security sum / bank guarantee will be requested for the value of one (1) or two (2) months rent. The landlord will return this security sum / bank guarantee after termination of the lease agreement.

Before you’re signing as an individual, you will be asked to submit the following documents:
• a copy of a valid identity card;
• a copy of a valid employment contract or an employers’ declaration;
• a copy of a recent pay check;

For businesses:
• a copy of the proof of registration with the Chamber of Commerce (not older than 6 months);
• a copy of a valid identity card of the employee concerned;
• a copy of a valid identity card of the signing agent;
